General Reminder - Be sure to maintain your yard
& home to community standards. Submit an ARC Form in advance of any modifications, per the Design Guidelines & governingdocuments. See the info on the website for roofing materials and be sure to submit an ARC Form (with neighbor signatures) even if using approved materials or painting the same color – so the ARC can be reviewed & approved before any work begins. (Note – No stain color on shake roofs – clear only). Also – please do not top or cut down any trees without submitting an ARC for review first.
