ASSOCIATION MANAGER

We have contracted with Morris Management, an Association Management company headquartered in Bellevue, to manage the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of our community. Merima Drinjakovic is our Association Manager.

Along with being our first line of contact for various Association and Community questions and concerns, a short list of their responsibilities includes:

* Monthly site visits

* Oversight of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

* Oversight and review of monthly Financial Reports

* Homeowner correspondence

* Enforcement of Rules & Regulations

* Management of the Association contractors

* Preparation of agendas and other materials for Board meetings

* Attendance at Board meetings

* Assistance with projects as the Board directs

* The list goes on...
